Announcing Me in 2023

3 more weeks before winter solstice

As we finish out the Fall Equinox we are finishing the visualization of the what we want in the upcoming year. While we may know we want to travel or lose weight, or strengthen friendships or maybe even buy a house ….  What I want to encourage you to consider is what do you want in your daily, weekly, and monthly life.

In 2023 … what will be your practice, what will be your culture. 

We are the sum total of our days, but everyday is an opportunity to create what we want.   Everything we desire requires time to build, to go an undesirable way so we can learn something and choose to move differently next moment.
