What can I expect in my first session?
Your first session is all about connection and understanding. We’ll take time to hear your story, understand what brought you here, and begin to map out a path forward together. There’s no pressure to have all the answers—just come as you are.
Are sessions in-person or virtual?
All sessions are currently held virtually, allowing you to receive care from the comfort of your own sacred space—wherever that may be.
What insurance do you accept?
We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance. If you have a different provider, please reach out—we’re happy to discuss options and payment plans.
What technology do I need for virtual sessions?
A smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and stable internet connection is all you need. We’ll send you a secure link before each session.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand that life happens. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules whenever possible.
