MEET THE FOUNDER

Chioma Joy Petway

Chioma Joy Petway comes from a lineage of spiritual leaders—the granddaughter and niece of more pastors than she can count, the daughter of a deacon and a trailblazer. She carries that ancestral calling forward, not from a pulpit, but from a place of deep, sacred healing.

Chioma Joy is a proudly self-proclaimed lesbian-cultured, bisexual, polyamorous, and deeply spiritual African American woman. She brings her whole self to her work because she knows that’s exactly what she asks of her clients.

​

 

Her approach is rooted in a profound understanding: many of the behaviors we want to change come from our fear of repeating past pain. With warmth, wisdom, and a diverse toolkit of therapeutic methods, she helps her clients break those cycles and step into the lives they’ve always deserved.

Our approach honors your multifaceted nature. You are not one thing—you are a universe. We hold space for all of it: your joy and your grief, your strength and your softness, your questions and your knowing.

For couples and groups, we guide you through healthy communication that goes deeper than words—teaching you to truly hear one another, validate genuinely, and create solutions that honor everyone involved.

All sessions are currently held virtually, bringing healing directly to your sacred space.
